Frankonia Headquarters Düsseldorf Expanding
Frankonia is meeting the requirements of further expansion developments at the headquarters in Düsseldorf by welcoming new and qualified members of staff to support the following projects which are expected to generate a market volume of about one billion euro in the next five years: Sign!, Heinrich Heine Gardens, Königskinder, Rheinpark, Andreas Quarter, Gerling Quarter Cologne and Klostergärten Münster. The current team of 15 will be further enforced by Alexander Schmitz, former director of PLB Provinzial-Leben-Baubetreuungs-GmbH in Düsseldorf and Tobias Köper, former lead of technical real estate management of AmpegaGerling Immobilienmanagement GmbH, Cologne. Within this framework, Frankonia has expanded their office space in their own-developed Kennedy House.
