The office building at the Bockenheimer Landstrasse address was built in the 1960s.
In the recent nine months, we completely renovated and remodelled the building.
Now in March 2009, we have established a model office zone in the restructured
building and are ready to market the building and welcome tenants. On 150 m2, the
ground floor of the building offers space for gastronomy and for shopping arcades
at the perimeter. The four floors above feature about 1,500 m2 for very efficiently
planned flexible offices. Our representative have already rented one of the two gastronomy areas to the gourmet bakery chain 'La Maison du Pain'. The Bockenheimer Landstrasse is one of the most attractive locations in Frankfurt's Westend. Offices and residences alike are very much in demand.
