The New Premium Building 'KWS 183' in Düsseldorf Opens its Doors for the First Resident
The first top company to secure 600 square metres in the KWS 183 for itself is the fashion company Windsor, a subsidiary of the Holy Fashion Group. The austere but
elegant style of the building with the catchy name 'KWS 183' fits right into the Düsseldorf fashion district. The buildings span a depth up to 15 metres, and there is therefore enough continuous floor space even for catwalks.
Uwe Schmitz, CEO of the FRANKONIA Eurobau AG explains: "We are especially
delighted with the closing of this successful rental agreement because it confirms
the viability of exclusive project developments despite the current recession."
The Windsor GmbH from Bielefeld (Germany) is going to move into their new premises in April 2010. The company will use their new space as showroom. Windsor
can now represent and sell their newest premium brand collection in the German fashion metropolis Düsseldorf.
