Successful Participation at Real Vienna 2007, 23 - 25 May 2007
After their successful presence at the MIPIM, Frankonia also exhibited at this year's Expo Real Vienna. This trade show for industrial real estate with a focus on CEE/SEE (Central, Middle, Southern, and Eastern Europe) spanned three days and brought together the leading organizations of the real estate and investment industry in the new Messezentrum in Vienna. In total, 248 exhibitors from over 20 countries partook in the event to present their city development and infrastructure projects, building proposals, office real estate, shopping centers, and much more. The best represented nations after Austria included Russia, Germany, the Czech Republic, Serbia, and Romania, followed by Poland, the Ukraine, Slovakia, Great Britain, and Hungary.
In collaboration with Frankonia Polska which is based in Warsaw, Frankonia has been active on the Eastern European market since early 2007 and has already taken the first promising steps in the acquisition of property and development in Eastern Europe. At the Expo Real Vienna further interesting leads were generated and Frankonia will expand its European activities in addition to its core business in Germany.
