Directly on the promenade and just steps away from the historic Old Town, in close proximity to an extremely upmarket area between Piusallee and Goldstraße, a special kind of city quarter has been created. The “Klostergärten” was constructed on the former grounds of the Franciscan Monastery directly on Hörsterplatz and therefore between two popular urban green spaces. The quarter is almost complete and can be occupied in May 2010.
