Through a joint project company with the Austrian Immofinanz AG, Frankonia has acquired a property in the business park, Düsseldorf Airport City, at the Düsseldorf Airport. It is only two to three minutes by foot to the airport terminals from this location. On the last available property in the premium segment at the central plaza, the architecturally demanding business building, the Panta Rhei, is to be constructed with around 10.700m² office building space and an underground garage. The construction is to start this year and completion is scheduled for the end of 2011.
