Frankonia Polska, along with a broad network of connections, has secured access to areas of land with high development and value creation potential in the country’s most finanacially interesting cities. Two project acquisitions are almost complete. Frankonia has secured two plots of land of 38,000 m² for high quality real estate development in a prime location in Poznan’s city centre with a view to the Warthe. Poznan is, with 580,000 inhabitants, Poland’s most important economic centre after Warsaw.
